Author Guidelines
Authors must submit their manuscripts online.
For every submitted article, authors are required to comply with the terms and conditions according to the Style Guide of Jurnal Pemikiran Pengembangan Ilmu Pengetahuan (JPPIP). This ensures the quality and consistency of publications. Authors are responsible for any errors or omissions in their submitted articles.
Instructions for Authors
- The manuscript submitted by the author must be original scientific work, has never been published, and is not under consideration for publication in other media/journals.
- The submitted manuscript may include research findings (field or literature studies), conceptual ideas, theoretical studies, application of theories, and critical analysis in the fields of social sciences, humanities, and technology.
- Manuscripts may be written in Indonesian or English, using Arial font size 10, 1.15 spacing, and formatted in a single-column layout.
- The manuscript must begin with an abstract of 200-250 words written in both Indonesian and English.
- The English abstract must be written in italic format with font size 10. The title, abstract, and keywords must be written in both Indonesian and English.
- The abstract should clearly state the background of the issue, objectives, theories and methods used, findings or novelty of ideas, and key conclusions.
- The author's name should be written without academic degrees. If a manuscript is written by a team or multiple authors, the editor will communicate only with the primary author or the first-listed author.
- Manuscripts should be structured into five sections, following this order:
- Introduction: Includes problem identification, literature review, research objectives, and the significance of the study.
- Methodology: Describes the research approach, materials, tools, and procedures used in the research or analysis.
- Results and Discussion: Presents the research or analytical findings, which can be organized into subsections.
- Conclusion: Summarizes the main findings. If necessary, each conclusion paragraph can be numbered.
- References: Arranged alphabetically, following the APA Style of Citation.
- Authors are encouraged to use Mendeley for referencing to ensure proper citation format.
- Review articles can be written in Indonesian or English with a length of 7-10 pages.
- The structure of a review article includes book identity, author biography, introduction, discussion, and conclusion.
- Obituary articles can be written in Indonesian or English with a length of 7-10 pages.
- References and citations in the manuscript must be primary sources, such as research reports or journal articles published within the last 10 years.
- Citation style follows an enclosed reference technique (author name, year).
- The article format must adhere to the Style Guide of Jurnal Pemikiran Pengembangan Ilmu Pengetahuan (JPPIP).
- The submitted article must not have been published in any media and must not be under review in another journal.
- The article must not contain plagiarism, falsification, or fabrication of data.
