Keywords:
Pancasila values, Danantara, Social welfare, superholdingAbstract
Danantara is a large holding entity established by the Indonesian government to manage state assets,
especially State-Owned Enterprises, with the main objective of improving efficiency, competitiveness, and
the standard of living of the Indonesian people. Taking inspiration from Temasek Holdings in Singapore,
Danantara not only aims to gain financial profit, but also plays a role in the development of important sectors
such as energy, food security, and artificial intelligence. The establishment of Danantara aligns the
principles of Pancasila as the operational foundation, which includes the elements of Divinity, Humanity,
Unity, Democracy, and Social Justice. It is hoped that through investment in these areas, Danantara can
create job opportunities, attract capital, and improve social welfare fairly. However, challenges related to
policy, economic risk, and political oversight must be overcome so that Danantara can operate effectively
and provide benefits to all Indonesian people. Cooperation between the government, private sector, and
society is essential to ensure Danantara's long-term success in realizing social justice and national
prosperity.
