Focus and Scope

Jurnal Keadilan Hukum dan Kesejahteraan Sosial (JUKAS) is published five times a year, namely in January, March, June, September, and December. This journal focuses on publishing scientific articles covering studies on law and public policy, law and social justice, constitutional and administrative law, criminal law and social welfare, civil law, as well as various economic, social, and cultural aspects related to community social welfare.

The scope of this journal includes:

  • Law and Public Policy: Legal policy analysis, implementation of public policy from a legal perspective, and evaluation of the impact of legal policy on social life.
  • Law and Social Justice: Critical analysis of law enforcement in the context of social justice, human rights protection, and access to justice for marginalized groups.
  • Constitutional and Administrative Law: Studies related to state institutions, government administration, public authority, administrative policy, and constitutional aspects in governance.
  • Criminal Law and Social Welfare: The relationship between criminal law and efforts to protect and improve community social welfare, including restorative justice approaches and victim protection.
  • Civil Law and Social Economy: Studies related to contract law, consumer protection, business law, and legal aspects directly impacting economic and social welfare.
  • Administration and Public Policy: Analysis of government policies, implementation, and evaluation of public policies oriented towards community welfare.

Types of Articles Accepted This journal accepts manuscripts in the form of empirical research results, theoretical studies, and literature reviews that significantly contribute to the development of legal science and social welfare.
