Tentang Jurnal Ini

Jurnal Keadilan Hukum dan Kesejahteraan Sosial (JUKAS) is an electronic journal published five times a year, in January, April, July, and October This journal focuses on scientific articles related to law and public policy, including Law and Social Justice, Constitutional Law and State Administration, Criminal Law and Social Welfare, Civil Law and Economic Welfare, public administration, and knowledge in the fields of welfare and society.

JUKAS provides a publication platform for academics, practitioners, students, and the general public interested in writing scientific articles, whether based on research findings or literature studies in the fields of law and social welfare.

Manuscript Submission Guidelines

Manuscripts submitted for publication in Jurnal Keadilan Hukum dan Kesejahteraan Sosial (JUKAS) must not have been previously published or be under consideration for publication in any other media, whether in print or electronic form. The manuscript must follow the writing guidelines provided in the JUKAS journal template. Each submitted manuscript will be reviewed and evaluated by the Review Team to ensure the quality of writing and content suitability.

Manuscript Accountability

All matters related to the content of the manuscript are the sole responsibility of the author. Therefore, the author is accountable for the originality, accuracy, and ethical publication of the submitted article.
