Diskriminasi Dalam Penegakan Hukum: Analisis Pembebasan Dini Gaga Muhammad Dan Pelanggaran Sila Kemanusiaan Yang Adil Dan Beradab

Abstract

The weak law in Indonesia has become a public spotlight, especially during the case of Laura Anna and
Gaga Muhammad that occurred some time ago which caused a Spinal Cord Injury and paralysis in Laura
Anna. The results of the evidence show that there is a fact revealed that Gaga Muhammad had threatened
Laura Anna which made her have no right to speak. Laura’s case was only reopened shortly after this case
went viral again in the social sphere. This shows the weak legal response from the judiciary and social
justice in Indonesia which should act relevant to the implementation of the 5th Pancasila, namely “Keadilan
Sosial Bagi Seluruh Rakyat Indonesia”. The writing of this journal aims to make the public aware of the
importance of a fair legal system in Indonesia. It is hope that there will be a good change from the judicial
system in Indonesia in applying the precepts of Pancasila.
